Effects Of Stopping Yaz

dandelion salad

A stroll in the meadows with a keen eye and you can prepare this delicious salad.
Just collect:
- a handful (about 200 g) of leaves of dandelion,
- always a few flowers of dandelion,
- a handful (about 100 g) of leaves of wild rocket or white mustard .
Other ingredient:
- the quail eggs ... well these are harder to find around meadows, should buy in a supermarket.
Then, wash well the herbs and flowers and become dry.
Meanwhile, put 18 quail eggs in cold water, and bring water to a boil. It turns off and let cool. It shelled and cut in half.
It boils down to a piece of 80 g flakes of Parmesan cheese.
emulsion is prepared with 4 tablespoons oil, 1 tablespoon of wine vinegar, ½ tablespoon balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper.
You put the leaves of arugula or dandelion and white mustard in a bowl, add the lamb, the flakes of cheese, flowers, and
just before serving, sprinkled with you
all with the emulsion, mix and
... here is a nice salad ready!
