Spoanking-over Koms Knee

cut the cap of a watermelon and put it aside. Climb over the middle and remove the seeds.
In a pitcher, mix:
1 cup cane syrup or invert sugar, 3 cups white rum, pineapple juice 2 dl.
Pour into the center of watermelon, a stage with the cover and placed, erect, in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
Drain juice Filter that and serve as an aperitif.
Cut the watermelon into thin slices (peel included),
irrorala with the juice that issue, spolverala icing sugar, decorate with mint leaves and
serve it as dessert.
