In the countryside, when you have a family vegetable garden, you learn that vegetables mature in its own time and every fruit, then, its has one, so every night happen to pick up a bit 'of this and a bit' of the two courgettes, tomatoes, a pepper ...

cold spicy vegetables for 4 people
