Put in a pan (not very large) 2 tablespoons oil and gently fry the bacon and do onions with a few leaves of sage.

Add apples and you take their flavor for a few minutes. Zic room and add a red pepper and nutmeg.

Meanwhile, beat 6 eggs in a bowl with a good pinch of salt and pepper.

Pour the egg mixture into the pan to thicken and make the omelet. Turn it around so that it is well cooked on both sides.

You can serve it hot or warm, though a large cloves.

has a smooth taste and texture as it resembles schmarren .
